Sales Assistant to a small, busy and personable team, this position is paying an annual salary of £28,000, Plus yearly company profit bonus. Working hours are Monday - Thursday, 9.00am - 5.00pm and Friday, 9.00am - 4.00pm.
Duties:
Answer incoming phone calls and emails from new and existing customers to provide prompt and professional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively
Work closely with the marketing team to qualify and follow up warm leads
Conduct heat loss calculations using H2X and create and amend line drawing using AutoCAD
Conduct customer visits / trade shows to support sales efforts and build customer relationships
Input quotes and orders into sage accounting systems and maintain records on salesforce

Experience required:
Previous administration experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building and maintaining relationships
Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks
Experience with Sage, Salesforce and AutoCAD are desirable, but training will be provided for all systems
PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
