Key Responsibilities
As an IT Support Engineer, you will be involved in a broad range of tasks, including:
* Administrating of Microsoft 365 and other cloud services
* Providing onsite and remote user support
* Logging and administering support requests
* Running management reports
* Setting up systems and desks for users
