Job Summary
We’re hiring for a Support Worker in Quintrell Downs
You will join our team supporting three ladies sharing their peaceful home together. Supporting in this small setting, you will work on a one-to-one basis, really focusing on the person, their preferences, needs, and outcomes for the day.
The support you provide will be centered around each person, developing daily living skills, accessing a wider community, personal care, and medication needs.
Working in friendly teams, you’ll be supported in your role from day one. All support workers work flexible shifts to provide a 24/7 service to the people we support. Visit our website for more information.
This position has a “genuine occupational requirement” covered under the Sex Discrimination Act 1975 and therefore only applicants from females can be considered.
Full training to gain the nationally recognized Care Certificate.
