Reporting to Assistant Director of HROD, the role supports Human Resources Department in delivering and managing payroll function. Key responsibilities include:
• All activities related to payroll management and processing.
• Enhancing payroll systems and processes.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to resolve payroll-related issues.
• Providing payroll advice and guidance to staff and management.
• Maintaining accurate payroll records and reports.
• Contributing to payroll development and strategy.
