HR Manager
Location: Office based - Ascot
Salary: £45-55k

A great role for a CIPD Level 5 qualified HR professional with a solid background in generalist HR. The organisation seeks a flexible individual who can travel across their sites in the South-East region. While travel won't be excessive, flexibility is required. This is an excellent opportunity for a down-to-earth individual with strong people skills and HR expertise to join a dynamic business.
The Role:
This is a hands-on, true generalist HR Manager position. Working across the organisations in the group, you will handle:
1. Employee relations issues, managing these and ensuring compliance and support are provided.
2. Trade unions - interaction with trade unions, including potential negotiations and meetings.
3. Ensuring compliance with relevant governmental guidelines and legal requirements.
4. Communicating effectively with everyone at all levels, from maintenance staff to the Chief Executive.
5. Responsibility for management of the reception at the sites.
6. Recruitment and onboarding.
7. HR administration - collating and accurately reporting information as needed.
8. Addressing potential immigration queries.
9. Utilising HRIS effectively; someone tech-savvy is preferred to enhance system usage.
10. HR Business Partnering - supporting key personnel at the sites and managing any issues or queries.
11. Management and maintenance of various pay structures across the organisations.
They Are Looking For Someone Who Is:
1. CIPD level 5 qualified (minimum).
2. Eligible for a DBS check—applications will only be considered from individuals with no criminal convictions.
3. Proactive.
4. Numerical—experience with complex pay structures is a bonus.
5. Able to handle demanding situations and conflict resolution.
6. Compassionate and empathetic with employees facing difficult situations.
