Job Purpose:
To provide commercial assistance and support to the team
To collate and update KPI information
To liaise with contractors and supply chain
To monitor system data, accuracy, completeness
To contribute to Value for Money reportingKey Accountabilities:
Booking appointments for surveying team.
Carry out a wide range of routine and non routine administrative tasks relating to the commercial functions
Primary engagement with suppliers and subcontractors, cost value engineering and driving value for money.
Monitor and report on inhouse purchases
Raising, issuing and monitoring of purchase orders to suppliers & subcontractors.
Administer and manage recharge process, inclusive of payments and reporting.
Incoming works review ensure contract allocation accuracy for accounting purposes.
System housekeeping, data cleansing and management.
Coordinate and control operative workwear, PPE and consumable procurement.
Build relationships with internal stakeholders and customers
Contract analysis looking into key components to ensure best prices.Key Skills:
Strong Microsoft office skills are required particularly in Excel
Good communications skills
Demonstrable background in an Administrative role
