Our client, a reputable provider of care services, is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to oversee a 6-bed care home for individuals with learning disabilities. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to lead a team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents. Role Responsibilities: Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the care home, delivering high-quality, person-centred care. Maintain compliance with all CQC regulations and standards. Develop and implement personalised care plans, working closely with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Lead, mentor, and develop the care team to foster a supportive and dynamic working environment. Liaise with external stakeholders to enhance service delivery and ensure the best outcomes for residents. Candidate Requirements: Proven experience as a Registered Manager or similar leadership role within a learning disabilities care setting. NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent). Current CQC registration. Strong leadership and communication skills, with a commitment to delivering exceptional care. Thorough understanding of CQC standards, safeguarding, and care regulations.
