This is a shift-based role (days and nights) where you’ll be knee-deep in automation, electrical, and mechanical troubleshooting, while pushing for improvements that actually make a difference. What You’ll Be Doing Fault-finding and fixing automation, electrical, and mechanical issues mid-shift Leading proactive and reactive maintenance (because “wait and see” isn’t the plan) Delivering improvement projects that help drive plant performance Supporting KPIs like OEE and downtime reduction Working safely and making sure everyone else does too Coaching and supporting operators and junior engineers Helping shape a culture of performance, pride, and continuous improvement What You’ll Need Time-served apprenticeship, with an electrical bias Good communicator and calm under pressure Comfortable coaching others and being a technical go-to Motivated, solutions-focused, and not afraid to challenge the status quo What’s In It for You?
