Anabas Welcome is specialised in high-end reception and concierge services, the premium front of house division of Anabas. Our focus lies in supporting corporate office occupiers looking for a great workplace experience for their staff and customers. We are currently looking for an experienced receptionist to provide an exceptional client experience through the delivery of your duties. You will be in a client facing role and will be required to provide a 5-star customer experience at our clients central London site, WC2 9AB. The successful candidate is someone who takes pride in their role and enjoys both covering the front of house and completing administrative duties. You will have excellent customer service skills ideally with previous experience in high end hospitality or retail. This is a full time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday, with shifts between 8:00am and 6:00pm (45 hours a week ) We are offering a salary of £37,744.35 per annum and a holiday entitlement of 28 days a year which includes bank holidays. Your responsibilities will include: Ensuring that all incoming calls for the client business are handled efficiently and courteously. Attend to all queries, ensuring strict security procedures are adhered to. Responsibility for arranging transport facilities, including local travel arrangements and taxis. Develop and maintain an effective client relationship. Meet and greet visitors in a friendly and personable way. Have full knowledge of all areas with the building, conducting comprehensive building walkarounds, logging inspections, and initiating cases, complaints, and maintenance requests. Assist with general administrative tasks to building management Have full knowledge of contractors who regularly attend site (including planned preventive maintenance tasks) and liaise with them to ensure standards of operational service are being maintained. You will have: Experience working as a receptionist in a corporate environment. Have exceptional organisation and communication skills.
