Document Controller, we are currently looking for a document controller for a commercial fit out project in Liverpool Street. Our client is a large M&E Contractor who specialise in commercial CAT A/ B fit out projects throughout London. Document Controller duties Establish and maintain document control processes and procedures. Manage the company's document management system Ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily retrievable. Manage workflow of documentation on EDMS systems Reports Working closely with the project teams / contractors to ensure all design information and drawings are issued Uploading, scanning drawings Creating, issuing and managing the RFI process for both clients and subcontractors Weekly meetings with the project manager Generate weekly reports to advise Design Team of any drawing comments not completed within workflow timescale. Electronic and paper filing. Tracking and monitoring document revisions The company are offering a salary of £40k – 45k Package.
