About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as a Customer Team Member. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, and maintaining a safe and clean store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Work together with colleagues to create a welcoming and inclusive store environment, promoting Co-op products and services
* Maintain high standards of store presentation, including stocking shelves, cleaning, and ensuring accurate pricing and stock levels
* Support colleagues to drive sales growth and meet customer needs, through effective communication and teamwork
