Product Leads are experts in SNAP products and services, pro-actively satisfying customer demand through the management and custodianship of the product roadmap. This is achieved through identifying, documenting and managing business requirements for software product development and business process change, ensuring backlog items are fit for purpose and have the requisite acceptance criteria associated to them. The role holder will also have responsibility for the completion of day-to-day SCRUM processes.
Product Leads ensure business user and customer requirements are described and communicated using the correct methodology and best practice for software development.
