You will be joining a professional, stable, and friendly team in the role of Customer Service Coordinator. No two days will be the same, and the work you undertake has a crucial impact on the success of the organisation. Duties include:
1. Supporting customer orders via telephone, email, live chat, and online ticketing portal.
2. Accurately processing customer orders and queries in line with SLA standards.
3. Ensuring the best possible service is delivered with customers kept up to date with order progress.
4. Building professional relationships with internal stakeholders and external business partners.
5. Escalating issues to senior members of the team when required.
6. Working in line with industry standards and company values by delivering excellent customer service, increasing customer satisfaction and further customer orders.
