Responsibilities
1. Prepare and cook delicious breakfast and visually appealing dishes in a timely manner.
2. Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate food production.
3. Assist in menu planning and development.
4. Ensure high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
5. Manage kitchen operations efficiently; thorough with food safety standards.
6. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards, including documentation of routine food safety measures and standards.
Skills
1. Proficient in culinary arts with experience in food preparation and production.
2. Strong supervisory skills to lead and motivate a team.
3. Knowledge of kitchen HACCP operations, equipment, and safety procedures.
4. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
5. Excellent organisational skills to manage time effectively.
6. Hospitality-focused approach towards guests and team members.
Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: £11.44-£12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week

* Food safety: 3 years (required)

* Organisational skills: 1 year (required)
