Based at Wheeler Building, Chester The Faculty of Health, Medicine and Society is seeking to appoint a Quality and Records Officer. The key duties and responsibilities of the role include; To provide effective administrative support (across all sites and university centres) to ensure the efficient delivery and consistency of registry, quality management and academic processes. To provide administrative support to the Quality and Records Senior Officer with a range of tasks relating to the student processes. To provide administrative support to operational functions related to internal and external quality and enhancement processes, including those overseen by Professional and Statutory Regulatory Bodies (PSRBs). You will have a good standard of education with at least A Level’s or equivalent and a good understanding of quality assurance and assessment procedures including organisation and delivery of Module Assessment Boards. You will also have substantial experience of working within an administrative role. This demanding role requires ICT proficiency, good communication skills and the ability to prioritise workloads and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
