We are seeking
an enthusiastic and highly organised Programme Support Coordinator to join our dynamic Academic Programmes team, which is responsible for delivering an outstanding student experience across a range of prestigious degree programmes, including MSc in Financial Economics, MSc in Law and Finance, Doctoral Programmes in Management and Finance and the BA in Economics and Management. As the Programme Support Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day administration of these programmes. Working closely with a variety of stakeholders, including faculty, students and Programme Managers, you will ensure seamless logistics and high-quality service delivery. Your ability to work accurately under pressure and maintain excellent working relationships will be key to the success of this role. Key responsibilities:
1. Organise and manage programme-related events, from planning through to delivery, including managing budgets and supporting Programme Managers with termly and annual activities.
2. Oversee University processes such as lecture recordings, visa and attendance monitoring, student evaluations and assessments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
3. Update websites, virtual learning platforms and intranet pages, ensuring content is up-to-date and relevant for the programmes.
4. Assist in financial tasks, such as raising purchase orders, preparing budgets and generating reports using the University’s Finance Oracle system.
5. Attend and provide secretarial support at termly Programme Committee meetings, ensuring accurate minute writing and meeting preparation.
You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with students, faculty and external stakeholders. Demonstrable project management and event coordination skills are also essential, along with the ability to handle multiple deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
