Minster is a leading building materials distributor in Northern Europe, is on the hunt for an Operation Supervisor (Warehouse/Transport) who's as passionate about great service as we are.
Hours - 7.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities
* Welcome customers to the branch and take an active interest in their projects
* Managing team of 4 Warehouse Operatives and 4 Drivers
* Producing monthly reports
* Supporting the Branch Manager
* Ensure your team are set up for the day, including delivery drivers with route planning
* Help to process and prepare customer orders - load and unload customer and supplier vehicles using a forklift truck to minimise manual handling (training will be provided!)
* Work as a direct support the management team and act as a keyholder when needed
* Check incoming deliveries and report missing or damaged products
* Maintain stock levels in both the warehouse and yard areas, carrying out regular stock counts
* Keep the branch looking clean and tidy and make Health & Safety a priority
* Work with colleagues to suggest opportunities for improvement

Required Skills and Experience
* Previous industry experience preferred
* Background within Warehouse and Transport Management
* A positive team player who is a strong and inclusive leader
* A genuine enthusiasm for dealing with customers, and a 'customer 1st' attitude
* Confident working both indoors and outdoors, with a strong focus on H&S
* Commercial acumen
