Revenue and Reconciliations Manager
Location: Burton on Trent (Hybrid - 3 days in the office)
Salary: Up to £40,000
We are recruiting for a Revenue and Reconciliations Manager to join a fast-paced and innovative business. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role and make a significant impact on revenue processes and team development.
About the Role
As the Revenue and Reconciliations Manager, you will ensure the accuracy of revenue reporting and oversee reconciliations for a key segment of the business. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the transition to cashless solutions, working with commercial teams, and managing a small team of finance professionals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure revenue is accurately recorded, and all reconciliations are completed on time.
2. Lead and develop a team of three, supporting their professional growth and career progression.
3. Collaborate with commercial teams to assess and implement cashless solutions.
4. Manage daily reporting, invoicing, and postings, meeting critical deadlines.
5. Review and improve financial processes, implementing robust controls and driving efficiencies.
6. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
7. Complete balance sheet and cash reconciliations.
8. Ensure compliance with SOX and audit controls, preparing necessary documentation.
9. Provide ad-hoc support to the wider finance team as needed.
What we're Looking For
1. Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (Dynamics 365 preferred).
2. Strong understanding of accounting processes and controls.
3. Experience managing and developing a team.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to prioritise workloads and deliver results under pressure.
