Complete OTE up to £55k Company car, or a monthly Car Allowance Career progression opportunities 30 days holiday allowance per year including bank holidays Company smart phone, for completing role-related tasks Industry-leading training Earn a nationally recognised qualification What you'll be doing as a Property Management Manager: Managing a team of property managers, to oversee managed portfolio in Ealing, Hayes, and Shepperton Leading daily meetings with the Property Management team Coaching the team to achieve CSI's Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance (Including but not limited to conducting one-to-one meetings) Ensuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies. Property inspections Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals Co-ordinating with contractors, to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties Deposit returns Resolving rental arrears Processing eviction requests Ensuring all properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants Managing complaints Completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reports The skills and abilities you will need to be a Property Management Manager Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Property Manager within residential lettings Creates and encourages a positive team spirit and enjoyable working environment Develop your team, to advance their careers Communicate effectively Create and maintain strong relationships with all clients Strong knowledge of current residential lettings legislation
