Carbon60 are working with a well-known consultancy organisation to recruit several Disabled Students' Allowance (DSA) Assessors across South Wales and the West of England (Cardiff, Swansea, and Hereford).
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct structured DSA needs assessment meetings remotely and in-person.
Recommend appropriate assistive technology, software, and student support strategies.
Complete DSA Needs Assessment Reports in line with funding regulations.
Respond to post-assessment queries and review students' support needs.
Requirements:
Experience in DSA assessments (minimum 1 year).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to plan and manage workload independently.
Familiarity with assistive technology and student support services.
Happy with working predominately remotely, with occasional on-site assessments.
Job Specifics:
Salary: Ranging from £27,500 (1 years' experience) to £34,000 (fully trained with 5+ years' DSA experience) + benefits.
