Goodman Masson are thrilled to be partnering with an internationally renowned Integrated Energy Company that provides services from mining, to refinery, to shipping and trading and we are on the search for a Global Mobility Advisor on a 12 month FTC. This role is located within our Global People Management team, specifically focusing on managing the end-to-end mobilisation process for their international employees, as well as providing guidance on HR policies and procedures. The successful candidate will sit within the team which manages the company's mobilisations in/to Iraq and will work closely with local HR teams as well as with stakeholders based in their Italy HQ.
The ideal candidate:
2-3 years' experience minimum in a global mobility role
Candidate must have experience managing the end-to-end mobility process, even after mobilisation is completed, they are to manage HR elements such as sick leave, maternity leave, benefits and terminations
HR degree or similar is preferred (suffice relevant global mobility experience will also be acceptable)
Able to handle high workload, flexible, willing to meet business urgencies
Soft skills: Effective communication, proactive, good organisation skills, good stakeholder management
Fluent level of English. Knowledge of other languages would be a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee mobilisation and assignment life-cycle for new hires and current employees. This includes: getting new hires to the work destination, staying in touch during the mobilisation period, managing new mobilisation and anything in between (also including HR elements such as sick leave, maternity leave, terminations)
Provide guidance on company policy for managing international employees.
Ensure compliance with UK/International employment laws, HR policies, and GDPR.
Review payroll, expense reports, and supplier invoices for management approval.
Manage services/suppliers, report KPIs, and suggest improvements for provider performance.
Practicalities:
Contract: 1-year FTC
Location: Victoria, London
Hybrid working policy (8 days per month WFH, essentially 3 days in office per week)
Working hours: 9:00-17:00
Benefits:
£250 a day (inside IR 35)
Hybrid working (8 WFH days per month)
Possibility of extension beyond initial 12 Month FTC, as well as promotion, depending on performance
