The Online Trading and Content Manager will be responsible for leading on-site F&F content and the customer journey across our clothing business to drive basket adds.
You will be responsible for
Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence and have these specific risk responsibilities:
* Delivery of the online trade plan and customer journey, building relationships with key collaborators - co-ordinating with the F&F trade & marketing team, design, and publishing teams.
* Lead trade performance including understanding and improving the overall user experience (e.g. search, browse, trade and inspirational content, trading tools) and driving continuous improvement of trade, seasonal activities, and campaign execution.
* Leading the planning and execution of content changes, using data and insights to drive help drive decisions.
* Work collaboratively with our Marketing team to monitor, refine and improve any marketing campaigns.
* Working cross-functionally with teams to ensure quality and timely publishing of high quality content to support trade and brand strategies.
* Working closely with the operations and search and browse team to ensure products are in the correct place and customers can discover F&F content, maximising traffic and driving SEO improvements.
* Developing and handling collaborative relationships with digital product and technology teams to drive capability improvements for trade and content delivery. Lead the planning and delivery of a continuous range of A/B tests to feed into future content plans and strategies, as well as continuous improvement.
* Working with Online Trading team to manage, plan and optimise content space on Tesco.com, using data to build insight and recommendations in order to trade owned space as effectively as possible.
* Leading and developing a Trade Executive giving them the opportunities to be their best.
