Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates in the supply chain sector.
* Develop a deep understanding of clients' hiring needs and organizational culture to make informed recruitment decisions.
* Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
* Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for roles.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including negotiating offers and facilitating onboarding for successful candidates.
* Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor movements to offer insightful advice to clients and candidates.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably with a focus on supply chain, logistics, or related sectors.
* Strong understanding of supply chain functions, roles, and market dynamics.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
* Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
* Familiarity with recruitment software and MS Office Suite.
* A degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
