This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced trainer to join our dynamic training Team. We are passionate about our people and provide Leadership and management and wider Learning and development opportunities for employees throughout our Trust.
This permanent position will lead training projects and involve designing and delivering complex training.
In this role, you will inspire employees at all levels through the delivery of highly engaging content, presented through different methods. You will be innovative when creating and translating immersive learning - both remotely and face to face.
You will have a strategic approach to all solutions, connecting learning opportunities and leadership and management development to other priorities across the Trust. You will be a supportive and dedicated mentor to support the professional development of our Leaders.
The role is challenging and fast-paced, which will require you to be agile and energetic, but the work is very rewarding.
We believe that work should be a great place to be for everyone and we will support you and your continuing personal development with regular one to ones and an annual appraisal, ensuring you are signposted to all the training courses and support that is available to you.
