We are looking for a Key Account Manager, Dealers and LEU in London.
About the job
With the landscape of the market ever changing it is critical that we engage with all Ambassador dealers in the London region and service our end clients with the highest level of service.
As a Key Account Manager, Dealers and LEU your main focus will be to support our Dealer manager to become a trusted advisory and maximise the opportunities from all the relevant routes to market.
We aim to service at the highest level to be the best in class and deliver premium projects.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Be present within Key Dealer Studios guided by the Dealer Manager
* Track and update dealer and LEU direct projects from start to finish, ensure all notes, dates & other vital information is up to date on CE/Power BI
* Liaise with the A&E team ref to Major project crossovers, have transparency of all active projects & Leads alongside Dealer Manager
* Check stock & lead times for dealer and LEU direct projects and flag any potential issues in early stages – track timelines closely to ensure sufficient time for delivery
* Assist Dealer Manager in preparing VE’s on larger projects in early stages
* Have a full understanding of furniture schedules – create lift offs, check suitability and find sharing’s where required
* Good understanding of cross border projects & the correct process – ensure all the dots are connected and the relevant actions have been taken with other subs
* Led by Country Director and Dealer and End User manager to support new and existing end clients with day to day enquiries
* Project manage across borders and liaise with other subsidiaries when required
* Co-ordinate with the wider team where end user projects cross over with A&E
* Attend client events where necessary to further cement client relationships
* Attend Sales meetings
* General administrative and clerical support
Your profile
* You are an enthusiastic team player with good interpersonal skills
* You have the ability to multi-task and manage a wide variety of daily tasks

* You have talent for problem solving and creating ideas for improvements
Qualifications and competencies
* You may have experience from a call centre or customer service background handling enquiries, quotations etc. or have worked in a similar sales support role.
* You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and PC proficiency (excellent keyboarding skills/data entry skills).
* Professional proficiency in spoken and written English, additional languages seen as a positive.
