Role Responsibilities:
As Pre-Construction Manager, you will collaborate with the Principal Estimator, Planner, and pricing team. Responsibilities include:
1. Conducting risk assessments
2. Evaluating buildability
3. Analyzing soil samples
4. Developing programs and methods of construction
5. Planning lifting and crane placements
6. Identifying ways to reduce program timelines for project delivery

Required Experience:
* Delivered projects as the No.1 on-site with a Main Contractor
* Main or Sub Contractor experience in Design or Technical Coordination in the UK
* Design & Build Project Experience
* Proficient in IT & Software systems
* Able to analyze a program for time and profit optimization
* Strong communication skills to manage teams and clients
* Relevant construction background (Degree or HNC)
* Technical understanding to read drawings and review programs in depth
This is NOT a hybrid role. It will involve travel to meet clients and visit sites to review potential risks and opportunities.
