As the Senior Project Manager on Third Party Brands, you will support the 3PB Head of Customer Experience to create and deliver the 3rd Party Brands' Customer Experience strategy by creating, leading, and executing customer-centric projects. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and delivering specific projects under the umbrella of Customer Experience. You will be motivated to work at pace, driven by complex problem solving, managing multiple stakeholder teams, and have strong relationship building, influencing, and communication skills.
What you'll do
Your key accountabilities will include:
* Governing brands' Customer Experience on M&S.com including error tracking and reporting, error resolution with partner teams, site updates with partner teams (DLPs, promotions, GNAV, etc.)
* End-to-end .com CX improvement for 3PB measured by conversion rate improvement at all stages of a product's selling lifecycle including attributions, buyability, returns.
* Oversee the implementation of the Brands Performance Scoring to guide partner teams (.com, commercial, marketing) on how to prioritise their work with our brands.
* Support partner teams with the Levels of Service they offer our brands as dictated by the Brands Performance Scoring Brands Value Added Services strategy for insights and trade marketing and work with the brands team to 'sell' to relevant brands (both existing and new to M&S).
* Own identification and setting of KPIs for projects. Partner with teams to create reporting. Layout a clear roadmap and commit to regular reporting vs KPIs to the 3PB LT and other stakeholders as required.
* Align with key business partners and keep them engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
* Lead multiple cross-functional stakeholders across the business to ensure successful delivery of change.
* Identify and flag risks and issues, and initiate appropriate corrective action where required.
* Identify where projects can be expanded to 'go further' than 3PB to impact and drive improvement across the M&S business; understand and detail interdependencies between projects and across Business Units.
* Own creation of business cases and create/coordinate implementation plans and execute successively.
* Direct and coordinate internal and external resources (SMEs, Stakeholders, and partners) in a cohesive manner to ensure project success.
* Work with Product Owners through feasibility and design of the project ensuring the right solutions are implemented.
Who you are
Your skills and experience will include:
* An experienced Senior Project Manager with a background in leading project/programme management.
* Commercial e-commerce experience.
* Able to demonstrate a proven record of scoping, building, and delivering complex and fast-paced projects, to time, cost, scope, and benefit.
* Exceptional communication skills with the ability to challenge, influence, and inform senior stakeholders.
* Ability to navigate difficult conversations, understand sometimes conflicting priorities, and find solutions.
* Experience of delivering change programmes.
* Experience of working in a matrix organisation.
* Comfortable with ambiguity, with the ability to adapt quickly and expertly.
