HR Administrator
Location: Brighton
Salary: £27,000 - £29,000 per annum (Depending on skills and experience)
The College are seeking to appoint a HR Administrator on a full-time, permanent basis.
Main Purpose of the Role: To manage and support the recruitment process, alongside hiring managers, across all areas of the College and the Prep School. The postholder will also provide first level advice to managers across the employee life cycle, for example, probation, appraisals, absence and performance management.
General Duties and Responsibilities
Day-to-day responsibility for the smooth-running of the recruitment process.
Be the key contact for hiring managers, providing advice on the recruitment process.
Successfully administer multiple recruitment campaigns concurrently. This includes creating and posting job advertisements to attract candidates.
Organise interviews for shortlisted applicants, ensuring logistics are handled smoothly.
Attend interviews/oversee the interview process as a whole.
Meet and greet interview candidates and oversee their ID checks, making sure candidates present the correct ID.
Provide effective candidate management throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
