Job Description
* Managing relationships with key accounts
* P&L responsibility +£10m
* Working with clients across Europe
* Identifying and developing new business opportunities
* Developing and implementing strategic sales plans
* Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
* Forecasting sales and reporting on performance
* Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
* Mentoring and developing team members
* International travel
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Account Manager should have:
* A degree in business, marketing or related field
* Proven experience in a similar role within the industrial/manufacturing industry
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* A results-driven approach with the ability to meet sales targets
* A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics
