Rate of Pay : £318.11 - £399.00 per Day Responsibilities: To deliver the agreed priorities within commissioning strategies and undertake a range of complex commissioning to enable services, available from independent and third sector providers, to continually transform and evolve. To lead work primarily with senior managers to provide critical challenge, facilitation and support to help their areas improve and plan for that improvement. To work with senior managers on the most complex projects to review current service delivery and work with them to develop effective commissioning solutions. To analyse complex data and information on performance and utilise relevant approaches to help improve it including statistical analysis, benchmarking, target setting etc. To write robust and innovative Service Specifications to assist in the development of new services and re-commissioning of existing provision in collaboration with topic experts and Procurement Officer across "People" related care, support and health services. Qualifications: Relevant qualifications (such as an appropriate degree or professional qualification) or demonstrable experience in a relevant specialist area, and relevant and demonstrable experience across most of the diverse range of knowledge needed for the role. Experience: Understanding of health and social care landscape, including responsibilities, drivers and priorities of organisations represented. The post holder will be expected to have Minimum of 3 years practical experience in commissioning and/or related discipline. Proven experience in managing complex improvement projects.
