Our client is seeking additional hands-on technical resource alongside expertise of leading ITSM projects, to support them with the organisation of their Helpdesk team.
We are looking for someone to proactively support in a hands-on capacity, whilst analysing the current environment and setting out new processes. You will work on projects to enhance the quality-of-service users are receiving, reduce backlog, and utilise best practices.
You may have previously implemented Device Management process, impacted Change Management or starter/leaver processes.
This is a small team utilising a Microsoft environment supporting multiple sites around the UK. You may have had exposure working in a non-for-profit organisation.
6-month contract
£400-£500 per day
Inside IR35
Office-based 2x days per week, Doncaster
