A friendly, family-run, Group Head Office in Baker Street is looking for a full-time Team Assistant to join their team.
Responsibilities will include:
* Assisting directors with projects, travel arrangements and expense reporting
* Coordinating meetings and calls
* Liaising with suppliers and service providers (e.g., energy, IT and telephone, printers, couriers, cleaners, kitchen supplies), ordering supplies, and initiating supplier payments
* Managing correspondence/post
* Bookkeeping and accounting projects
* Handling and archiving electronically-stored information
* Processing expenses
* Internet research assignments
The ideal candidate will:
* Have strong organisation and communication skills.
* Be self-motivated, work well in a small team, and enjoy a challenge.
* Be competent in using Microsoft 365 and Adobe Acrobat.
* Have an interest in bookkeeping, accounting and data analysis.
* Enjoy learning new skills and contributing to efficiency improvements.
* Have a calm and friendly approach, and a good sense of humour.
