We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at AAP3. The role will be based in our offices, where you will be the first point of contact for our customers globally. You will need a strong background in customer support with sound computer skills, or a background in customer technical support. The role will involve working a shift pattern, with 2 days of 8am-8pm, 2 nights of 8pm-8am, and 4 days off. The salary is £23K + £3.5K shift allowance, and you will also receive 25 days holiday, bonus, free onsite parking, and private health.
Key Responsibilities
* First point of contact for customer support queries globally
* Logging all calls and emails within CRM/database and ensuring details are accurately recorded and updated
* Ensuring customer queries are dealt with within SLAs and to customer satisfaction

* Confident and clear telephone manner
* Good commercial awareness with ability to work on own initiative and unsupervised
