Programme Manager
Worcester based with a balance of home and office working
£64,782 - £68,191 per year
35 hours per week
We have an opportunity for a Programme Manager to join our Projects and Programmes team, based in Worcester. This role sits within the Technology function. The team is responsible for delivering a wide variety of projects and programmes including re-platforming of applications, automation of business processes and modernisation of Sanctuary’s network.
The role of Programme Manager will include:
* Programme management of key business and Technology programmes, delivering solutions both application and infrastructure
* Liaison with stakeholders in business areas, but also matrix management of technology resources
* Provision of management information as required for programmes
* Provide high quality management information to the Senior Technology Leadership Team on project and programme progress and issues
Skills and experiences:
* Degree, management qualification or relevant professional qualification
* MSP Practitioner
* Comprehensive experience of managing large scale Technology projects
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, organisation, project management and planning skills
* Advanced Microsoft Project or similar
* Proficient user of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
* High levels of commercial acumen
