Key Responsibilities :
* Prepare and manage tender and contract documents, ensuring project efficiency and cost control.
* Oversee project budgets, ensuring profitability while maintaining high-quality standards.
* Identify and implement value engineering opportunities to enhance project outcomes.
* Develop and improve pricing methods to ensure accuracy and measurable results.
* Manage the procurement of subcontractor packages and ensure smooth project delivery.
* Collaborate with clients and architects to align project briefs with financial and logistical expectations.
What You Bring :
* A degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent experience) with 3+ years in construction cost management.
* In-depth knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts, and the ability to read and interpret CAD drawings.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
* Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and project profitability while ensuring top-notch quality.
Desirable Skills :
* Chartered status with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
* Experience using CostX for tendering and take-offs, and familiarity with BIM software.
