Job Role:
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to enhance sales of our services. The applicant needs to play a crucial role in driving business growth, expanding the company's client base, and increasing revenue by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the courier industry.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Assist in planning and executing sales campaigns.
2. Drive an increase in overall sales performance.
3. Develop and implement the business's sales and marketing strategy.
4. Engage with customers and clients both in person and via telephone.
5. Cultivate and strengthen relationships with customers and clients.
6. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the business’s products or services to effectively provide guidance.
7. Identify growth opportunities and formulate strategies to leverage them.
8. Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients, industry influencers, and business partners.
Qualifications & Requirements:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant field.
2. Exceptional multitasking abilities.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Strong customer service expertise.
5. Proven ability to convey value and establish credibility.
6. Capable of maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
7. Enthusiastic about building and nurturing relationships.
8. Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment.
