What’s involved?
As Rooms Division Manager you will be responsible for the overall operations of the front office and Housekeeping department from Guest Relations to Night Managers. Additionally you ensure the team consistently deliver outstanding hospitality, whilst being a brand ambassador for the company’s brand. You will be required to recruit, lead and develop the team as well control operational costs related to performance of the departments, whilst promoting the services and products to the guests to generate increased sales.
Proven experience as a Front of House or Front Office Manager is essential, and ideally from a either a larger operational property or branded group. Excellent organizational skills, being a team leader, as well as a team leader and a good understanding of H&S procedures, PSN audits and reports is desired.
