We’re excited to be looking for an Empty Homes Coordinator to join our busy team to ensure our customers continue to receive a service second to none – and we need you!
You’ll be based in our Eastleigh office and will be responsible for scheduling, coordinating, monitoring, and proactively managing the administration process by organizing the Workforce and Supervisors' diaries to deliver an effective service.
You’ll work closely with the Empty Homes trades team, including both Supervisors and Surveyors, to effectively coordinate works to ensure all jobs are completed efficiently in a timely manner.

We're looking for someone who is self-motivated and enthusiastic with good attention to detail, strong communication skills, an excellent telephone manner, and a flexible approach to work.
