Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for the role of Deputy General Manager within Cardio-Respiratory. The CSU comprises of Cardiology, Cardiac Surgery, Respiratory Medicine and Immunology and Allergy and is based over multiple sites within LTHT. The role will provide support to the Triumvirate team (General Manager, Head of Nursing and Clinical Director). The successful candidate will be expected to lead service improvement and waste reduction programmes, utilising Leeds Improvement Methodology, and support speciality teams to deliver contract and activity plans. You will be a dedicated individual with significant leadership experience, with a proven track record for service improvement.
