Overview
We are seeking an experienced Classroom Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team in KS2. The role includes responsibilities as a Midday Supervisor.
This is a part-time, temporary position for 1 year (with potential extension), working 27 hours per week (8:45 - 3:15, with one afternoon off), during term time only (38 weeks and 2 days per year).

Responsibilities
* Set up learning areas
* Lead intervention groups
* Support children with learning needs
* Occasionally manage the whole class in partnership with teachers and other assistants
Candidate Requirements
* Previous experience working with children
* A love for working with children and the ability to inspire learning
* Good subject knowledge in reading, writing, and maths to assist in lesson delivery
* Understanding of the National Curriculum (preferred)
* High expectations of self and children
* Good education with GCSE grade C or above in English and Maths (or equivalent)
* Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit
