Senior Facilities Project Manager
Location: Barrow-in-Furness
Salary: £65,000 DOE + Car Allowance
Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30 - 4:30 (half day on Friday every 9 weeks) permanent full time

The Role:
1. Report to the account director in regard to profit and loss of the account as well as lead and direct project to maintain and develop profitability of the business.
2. Maintain and develop relationships with clients for optimum commercial success, through key account management skills.
3. Liaise with Project Director to create annual business plans for the contract.
4. Management of sub-contractors in line with company procedure.
The person:
1. Leadership and people management skills.
2. Project management experience and strong commercial knowledge.
3. Technical background in any trade.
