Protocol Education is working with a Salisbury based SEN school for children and young people (CYP) with severe or profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD) and complex needs. The school is in need of new Teaching Assistants to support students through their day-to-day learning.
Hours: Casual/Zero hours. The school would also welcome applicants who can commit to full time.
Contract Type: Permanent – The school looks to take on staff permanently from Agency regularly.

We are in search of Casual Teaching Assistants who:

Professional/personal experience with SEN is preferred but not essential. To be successful in this role, you need to have a caring, nurturing and empathic personality. A sense of humour goes a long way, and the ability to work collectively as a team and create an engaging work environment for students and staff is just as important.
