CQC Limited is a Barnstaple-based manufacturing business. The company is looking for a part-time Purchase Ledger/Accountant with experience in this role.
Duties will include:
1. Print off purchase invoices and match with PRN’s
2. Input purchase invoices onto NAV
3. Request invoices that PRN’s are yet to be matched with
4. Raise manual delivery notes for Purchase Orders
5. Deal with purchase inquiries
6. Assist in R&D purchasing when raising orders with Amazon
7. Deal with ingoing/outgoing post
8. Create payment list ready for authorisation followed by creating a BACS file
9. Create and send remittance to suppliers
10. Create new vendor/customer cards on NAV when required
11. Collate, reconcile and input Travel & Expenses for 6 employees
12. Greet visitors coming through the building and maintain visitor log
13. Answer phone calls
14. Any other Ad hoc activities
Location: Barnstaple
Hours: Part-Time 24 hours a week.
The ideal candidate will be AAT qualified or QBE, with experience in the manufacturing industry. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central software (Navision) would be an advantage.
