The Opportunity:
Our client, a well-established law firm based in Liverpool, is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to handle a diverse and interesting caseload, including sales, acquisitions, development agreements, and lease preparation and negotiation. You will have the opportunity to take matters through from initial contact to completion, managing all stages of the process and drafting and negotiating as required.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage a varied caseload including sales, acquisitions, development agreements, and lease preparation and negotiation.
2. Take matters through from initial contact to completion, ensuring high-quality service throughout.
3. Draft and negotiate documents, including development agreements, leases, and related commercial property documentation.
4. Provide commercial and practical legal advice to clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively and efficiently.
5. Liaise with clients, other solicitors, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth transaction processes.
6. Deal with S25 Notices (advantageous, but not essential).
7. Support the growth of the business by identifying and attending key networking and business development events.
The Successful Candidate Will Have:
1. Minimum of 3 years PQE in Commercial Property, although we are happy to consider all applications from candidates who can demonstrate the required skills.
2. Strong technical knowledge and experience of handling commercial property matters, including sales, acquisitions, leases, and development agreements.
3. Experience dealing with S25 Notices is a bonus.
4. A highly organised and efficient approach to work, with the ability to manage a varied caseload.
5. Strong commercial awareness and the ability to assess and manage risk effectively.
6. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
7. A passion for delivering exceptional client service and maintaining high standards of client care.
8. A proactive and self-motivated approach, with a keen interest in business development and networking (desirable but not essential).
