Salary/OTE:
£26000 - £28000 + uncapped commission (RC-Principal)
Expected OTE year 1: £35,000 - £45,000+
Working with us you will be responsible for:
Managing your own desk - using your already honed sales and negotiation skills to undertake successful business development calls in order to win new business with clients, whilst building and maintaining professional relationships. You would also source and screen your own candidates, managing the flow of communication between your candidates and clients.
Skills and experience we are looking for from you:
* Minimum 1 year experience as a 360 (Sales/New Bus dev) Recruitment Consultant (any industry) OR Senior RC+ with sales/new bus dev within Tech/IT recruitment
* Successful in developing and winning new business
* Proven billing history
* Motivation and drive to be successful and to achieve high earning potential!
