Our client is seeking an experienced Customer Support Agents to join as part of a high-quality team working on several contracts emergency response. You will be working in a structured-orientated environment, focusing on delivering good outcomes for the general public. Any 5 days in 7 day shift – various start/ finish times. Must be flexible.

Role Responsibilities
Supporting clients through inbound calls
Dealing with clients queries regarding case information.
Recording complaints and escalating to Case Handlers.
Updating case information on systems.
Dealing with adhoc case tasks as directed by the Quality Manager.
What Knowledge, Skills & Experience We Need
Previous call handling experience with the ability to confidently speak to customers, resolving both simple queries and complex requests.
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
Able to work in a fast-paced administrative environment.
Previous letter writing experience with the ability to adapt letter templates.
Proactive attitude to learn new tasks and suggest changes to processes.
Good time management skills.
Hourly pay rate
£11.44 p/h
