We are currently hiring for a Workplace Analyst (2nd line desktop support) for our client`s Reading HQ to cover for 4 weeks. This will be a fully onsite role, supporting 120 users, many of them senior and SVIPs (Execs). Typical Responsibilities: Providing 2nd line support for end-user computing issues. Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical problems. Managing incoming support tickets. Working with service desk teams. Managing the product life cycle of service-raised incidents and requests. Assisting in providing computer support relating to software problems reported by users. Coordinating software installations and upgrades. Taking ownership of service-impacting issues and resolving them while keeping customers updated. Assisting the Service Desk in improving support tools, instructions, and processes. Supporting laptop & mobile phone builds, software installations, and ticket queue management. Experience End User Device and OS Systems Management, OS Deployment, and Enterprise MDM Active Directory and Domain Management M365 Support Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction Experience with ITSM tools A proactive, solution-oriented attitude
