Location: BirminghamContract: 3 monthsHays is currently collaborating with a local council to recruit a Risk Facilitator Support Officer on an interim basis. The ideal candidate will have some experience in Project Management / Business Analyst or Change Programmes and be eager to get hands-on.Key Responsibilities:1. Organisational Capability Development: Facilitate Risk Management training and workshops. Maintain, interrogate, and update Risk Management and other associated platforms and systems. Produce and circulate reports, presentations, and other materials to enhance the understanding and oversight of the organisational risk profile. Improve organisational risk maturity and sophistication. 2. Support and Communication: Regularly contact and support senior leaders and risk delegates/champions across the organisation. Assist in the completion and updating of risk management documentation and systems. Act as a champion for an improved risk culture. Ideal Candidate: Experience in Project Management or Change Programmes. Proactive and willing to engage in hands-on tasks. Strong communication and facilitation skills.
