We are looking for a Senior Fitness Coach
You will need to be an ambassador of the énergie fitness products in order to create confident members that will love coming to the club. Happy to deliver a high level of customer service unrecognised in the fitness industry and consistently be seen as an outstanding member of staff. You must have a level 2 Gym Instructor qualification, and experience teaching group exercise.
You will lead from the front, ensuring the team are up to date with the latest developments within the fitness industry and the team delivers an exceptional gym floor experience for our members.
Your focus will be on GroupEX, and in providing outstanding customer relation management, in person, on the phone, by email and social media.
Candidates must hold a minimum of a Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification
Key Accountabilities

* To ensure that the énergie programmes are delivered consistently.
* To ensure that the énergie EPIC Programme delivers the results that it promises
* To promote the club from the first enquiry to the final Goodbye
* To maintain high level of cleanliness, maintenance and adhere to all H&S process and procedures at all times
* You will show superb GroupEX & fitness presentation skills
Responsibilities
* Class occupancy to be above 90% for any classes delivered
* To sustain personal CPD profile that ensures they are operating at level 2 professional levels at all times
* To challenge and support members in ways that enables them to achieve their goals
* To maintain integrity and honesty that builds trust within the energie team and the member community
* To promote and deliver exceptional results through énergie's signature EPIC training programme
* To receive and promote great client testimonials on the outcomes of their ongoing personal training experience
* To work with colleagues to ensure that all club members feel that they belong with énergie
* To achieve sales and retention targets with the Team
* To create a winning Team culture with a highly energised atmosphere and building respectful but fun relationships with customers
* To constantly motivate the Team, keep spirits high and help them achieve great things by working together, caring about each other and always maintaining a sense of humour
* To take full responsibility for all aspects of the daily Club reporting
* To ensure all your Team fully understand their core roles, responsibilities and accountabilities (as defined in their JD)
* To provide clear direction, support and communication to your Team so they are all completely clear what you and the business expect and receive regular feedback about how they are doing
* Innovate and Execute a Group Fitness Timetable, full of high energie / high intensity and variety for current and prospective members
