SEN Teaching Assistant

Key Responsibilities
* To assist teaching staff in planning, preparing, and delivering lessons to students with special educational needs
* To provide individualized support to students, promoting independence and confidence
* To contribute to the development of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Behaviour Management Plans
* To maintain accurate records and reports on student progress
